DCP with Iceland as RMS

IMA acts as Reference Member State in DC-procedures. IMA is ambitious to actively participate in assessment of marketing authorisation applications but being a small medicines agency it is restricted by resources of experts and expertice.

The HMA (Heads of Medicines Agencies) has started an initiative to reach a common approach towards addressing the issues of resources for assessment of applications and differences in policies of allocating time slots throughout the EEA. A common RMS request form has been agreed upon.

Request for time slots for applications via the Decentralised Procedure (DCP) with Iceland acting as a Reference Member State:

Please send in requests for Iceland acting as RMS in a decentralised procedure at any time. All requests will be answered within one month.
